The Bali Capital Circle (BCC) is an exciting collaborative initiative led by the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Digital, in partnership with TAKA Lab, United In Diversity, and BlockDevId. This program aims to harness Bali's unique position as a vital player in Indonesia’s national innovation ecosystem. As Bali transforms into a major supporter of the digital economy, it is witnessing a remarkable growth in startup communities, collaborative spaces, and technology-driven business initiatives focused on sustainability. However, the challenge lies in strengthening both regional and national competitiveness.

Recognizing Bali's immense potential to become a model for sustainable startup ecosystems, given its openness to innovation and the rapid emergence of expansive development ecosystems, the Directorate of Digital Ecosystem at the Ministry of Communication and Digital has launched the Bali Capital Circle (BCC). This platform is designed to bring together startups, academics, investors, and policymakers to foster a shared understanding of the local startup landscape's inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable potential.

The theme of this inaugural event is "Strengthening Bali's Startup Ecosystem through Collaboration, Capacity Building, and Capital Readiness."

Scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM WITA at UID Bali Campus, Kura Kura Bali SEZ, the BCC will feature engaging discussions, workshops, and coaching clinics. This collaborative environment will allow participants, including startups, mentors, investors, academics, facilitators, and government regulators, to explore innovative strategies and solutions to enhance the growth and sustainability of Bali's startup ecosystem.
